I’ve been using the PreResume format for only 4 days now. I got a call for an interview this morning!

This is my 4th attempt with the same recruiter for similar positions but first attempt with my PreResume.

It seems to be working.

Thanks Rick!

Rick,

I had the pleasure to be in the audience last week at Between Jobs Ministry when you did your presentation on resume writing and the accomplishments worksheet..

I thought it was brilliant! You stated in clear, concise terms all the answers to the questions I, and I believe most other job seekers, had about how to be more effective in our search when I know there are thousands of other people responding to the same listing.

Years ago (pre-internet) it was all about the color and bond of the paper your resume was presented on which determined who got looked at and who got left out.

You not only enlightened us, but taught how to level the playing field. That alone is gold. And you did it out of your sense of goodwill. Servant leader. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to you.

Sincerely,

SM
